Dr. Rabee Hilal, an esteemed Ophthalmologist Surgeon, specializes in Corneal and Refractive surgeries, boasting a wealth of experience spanning over 14 years. Graduating from Damascus Medical University in 2005, he furthered his expertise by completing a master’s degree in ophthalmology in 2010. His dedication to excellence led him to obtain a Cornea and Corneal Refractive Surgery certificate from the Ministry of Health, Syria, in 2011.

Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Rabee has conducted over 6,000 surgeries, including cataract, refractive, and corneal transplantation procedures. Since 2010, he has focused his practice on cataract and intraocular implant surgeries, alongside corneal surgeries like keratoplasties, and a spectrum of refractive procedures utilizing excimer laser techniques such as lasik, epi-lasik, ultralasik, femtosecond lasik, as well as implant refractive surgeries like phakic lenses ICL or clear refractive lens exchange.

He is an active member of both the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ESCRS) and the Syrian Ophthalmology Society.
