How do I book an appointment?

The fastest way is WhatsApp — message our front desk with the department or doctor you'd like, and your preferred branch. You can also call us directly or use the form on this page for non-urgent requests.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome where a doctor's schedule allows, but booking ahead — even a same-day WhatsApp message — means shorter waiting times and guarantees your preferred doctor is available.

Do you bill insurance directly?

Yes. We bill directly with Nextcare, Almadallah, NAS, Al Buhaira, Neuron, SAICO and Oman/Sukoon. Bring your insurance card to reception and we'll confirm eligibility before your consultation.

Can I visit any branch for follow-up care?

Yes — all three branches share the same patient record, so a diagnosis started in Sharjah can continue seamlessly at our Dubai clinic, or vice versa.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Your Emirates ID, insurance card (if applicable), and any prior test results or referral letters relevant to your visit.
