Dr. Yara Alhasibi

Dr. Yara specializes in program development, health consulting and patient education. Currently working at ibn Hayyan Medical Center in Sharjah, UAE, Yara assesses individual nutrient and energy needs based on BMI, lifestyle and medical history, and makes personalized meal plans accordingly. She excels in advising patients on lifestyle adjustments related to diet and exercise and specializes in developing diets for individuals with special conditions. Yara is also known for her social nutrition blogging, where she uses her knowledge of food science to educate and guide individuals and groups in making informed food choices. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sharjah and is licensed as a clinical nutritionist from the Ministry of Health.
